Founder story
In 2006, Rochelle Scenna saw a gap in the Ohio Valley that nobody else was filling. Women in Wheeling—and across West Virginia, eastern Ohio, and western Pennsylvania—who wanted real, clinical aesthetic results had one option: drive to Pittsburgh, Columbus, or beyond, and hope the provider they found was worth the trip.
Rochelle believed they deserved better than that. So she built it here, in Wheeling, WV.
Rejuvenation Center opened its doors with a clear mission: bring the highest level of aesthetic medicine to this region, delivered by providers who are genuinely expert in what they do—not just trained in it, but exceptional at it. Nineteen years later, that mission hasn’t changed. What has changed is everything else.
